RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES

Generally, we do not accept returns because supplements are consumable items and we must take every precaution to maintain customer health and safety; however, we’d like to help if we can. Please email us first and we will always work to resolve concerns: YourHealth@ZetaBody.com

NO returned good will ever be resold. 

If the product container arrives damaged or malformed, we will process an exchange. We ensure quality inside and out to provide the highest level of client satisfaction. 

To complete your exchange, we require a picture of the damaged goods.

If applicable, only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at YourHealth@ZetaBody.com and include: pictures of the damaged item(s) and you MUST include in your email Subject Line: Damaged Product. This ensures your exchange will be processed timely and is accounted for appropriately. We will then send you a return shipping label. 

NO returned consumable good will ever be resold.

All product is to be mailed to: 10615 PERRIN BEITEL RD, STE 606, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78217, ATTN: ZETA BODY RETURNS. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
